Do you have a New Year’s resolution to look for a new job? Then learn how to craft a terrific résumé that markets you best in this class conducted by ZIF HR. This workshop runs over 2 consecutive Thursdays (January 24th and 31st) for 1 hour each week (from 7 to 8pm).
In week 1 (Jan 24th) we’ll go section by section giving tips and specific phrasing for your résumé, which you will continue to refine at home with the help of class notes that are provided.
In week 2 (Jan 31st) we’ll answer questions on trouble spots and do final edits so you leave the class with a completed résumé that will help you land the job you want.
You will need to bring a laptop/tablet with an editable version of your current résumé OR a printed version (with space to edit). Starting from scratch? An electronic template will be provided in advance for you to populate in preparation for the class.
Additionally, there will be time to ask other related résumé or other job search questions in class. This is a great learning opportunity and a chance to get “insider” information on how the hiring process works.
